Common questions

Are you a bank?
No. The loan comes from a licensed bank or financial institution, which makes the final decision. We help you choose and apply.
How much can I borrow?
It depends on the property's valuation, your repayment capacity and the loan-to-value limits set by Nepal Rastra Bank and each lender.
Can I apply with remittance income?
Many lenders accept remittance or foreign employment income with proof such as bank statements and a work contract. We tell you which ones do.
Does it cost anything to ask?
Requesting a consultation is free. Any processing or valuation fee is charged by the lender, and we show it to you before you apply.
